Kane County Flea Market

I had a great show at the
Flea market this weekend!

I really turned heads when I pulled into the show!!





You could never tell looking at my car what the booth
was going to look like!












I really had a great time setting up the booth! The bed was first to go!


My next show is Na-da farm!

I got many things in store for this show!

    From Sanford and Son to a Great looking space! Love it all. I'm sure they were just for looks but I especialy like the drapes hung as a backdrop. I'm a guy who loves the small details. Can't wait to see more.
    Did you get that awesome bed from Anita and Judy?...I wanted it :-)

    Mark, the pictures of your booth look remarkable! You're right you could never tell by the car (LOL)! We're following you and invite you to come follow us as well. I sure wish I could attend the Nada Farms Event. My car would look like yours for sure!

    WOW~sorry i missed kane this month! amazing, i am a friend of jeannie's {gilded junqueyard} and saw your display last month and loved it. display is my favorite part of my business (used to do display at neiman marcus years back),

    Hi, I was in the store in Downtown Geneva today and loved what you did to the big Chistmas Tree with the paper sheddings and the big gold bows. That was beautiful. You should definitely take a photo of the tree and post.

    Also-I had to ask where you got the imitation burning logs you had in your fireplace mantel? That was so cute. I wanted to set up a 'fake' fireplace with an antique mantel and fill the bottom with something like logs or candles. I don't have a fireplace and I thought that would be such a great idea to put in my living room to make it festive and cozy for Christmas. Also--I see that you had that beautiful mantel. Do you make a lot of those mantels (fix up etc)?? Also--do you make custom wood headboards? This is another idea I had of doing in my bedroom that we recently updated. I have seen ones where people made a headboard out of old doors. (I saw some old doors in the store that were interesting). I would be interested in how much you charge? Thanks, Liz

    Mark...I saw you for the first time in Elkorn on Sunday. When I see your work and look at the rooms you have designed, it's like I can take a deep breath and feel like I am home. Thanks for that. Nice work.
