My living room to yours...

I think I'm finally happy with my living room.
There is just one change I need to make! The pillows on the couch!
I think I'm going to go back to the original ones.
JUST NEED TO FIND THEM!
I would lose my head if it was not attached!

  12. I am so glad you stopped by... I am loving your way of unique style all your own... I am anxious to keep searching through your blog... What is the store you get to sell and design in????? I always have to remember in my design to achieve the look I want not to make it seem so perfect.... Also when I create and work on altered art... i was always trying for perfecton and that was not what I wanted it to be... Through the years I love things that are not so perfect and show age and stress... Looking forward to viewing more of your posts... Thanks again for stopping by and becoming a follower.....

It shares both the feminine and masculine aura... which is so fabulous .. and I especially appreciate the use of nature( deer) and vintage items ( bells)...I'm currently redecorating an old Victorian , so will be sure to visit your wonderful eclectic blog again... I really enjoyed looking through your blog and was impressed with the unique style and amazing items you display in your home and store. I am now following you as well and wish you continued success in your Illinois business. I live in south-central Canada so unable to just drop by the store but will enjoy it online. Hugs, Gayle.

  18. Very warm and comfy room--not usually a fan of taxidermy, but how you present it fits perfectly. I am assuming you didn't hunt the things yourself. The floor lamp you have in the photo--I have 2 of them myself. I bought one at a sale about 20 years ago for 50 cents and recently I found another one for not much more in price. I use them together in my guest bedroom beside the bed. By the way, I like Sweet Old Vintage's idea about the grain sacks for pillows. I had a whole stack of them once and then sold them! Still kicking myself. I don't sell much of my stuff, just get more. Sigh.

  19. Great Style Mark, I think the pillows on the couch would be perfect for spring time, but maybe mix them up a bit, maybe a few darker ones... not sure what the original ones look like, but can't wait to see when you find them ~ Deer Heads, Rug, Silver~ I Love it All!
    Have a wonderful weekend

Thanks for stopping by with your visit and comment! I've been cruising your blog and found that you have quite a way with vignettes! The shop where you work is amazing. When I designed my Studio, I had quite an affection for the industrial decor, but chose vintage and a Spring garden decor...for my love of roses won!Stop by again, soon!
